1– Sit on the floor, legs straight. Bend your right knee and lift your right foot over your left thigh, placing your right foot on the floor beside your left knee. Bend your left knee.
2-Keeping your spine straight, hook your left elbow around your right knee and reach down your thigh toward your hip.
3-Place your right hand on the ground behind you. Lift your chest and gently twist your spine to look over your right shoulder.
4-Hold for several seconds. Release. Repeat on the opposite side.
